#332 Breakthrough Pass: A Football Square Sequence

Master the art of dynamic passing and movement with the Breakthrough Pass: A Football Square Sequence exercise. In this drill, the player in the center of the square receives a pass and then quickly delivers a ball to one of the players positioned on the sides of the square. The receiving player then makes a diagonal pass to the opposite side, where the player sprints around the outside of the square to collect the ball and finish with a goal.
