The passing and running drill was created to help soccer players improve their passing skills. In addition, the Passing and run drill is also based on running to build or maintain conditioning.

Start the condition run with the ball at a slow pace and increase the pace of the soccer exercise a little bit each round. As you increase the pace of the condition run with a ball each round you will improve not only the ball control but also the condition of the players with this soccer exercise.

Running with and without a ball drill – part 2 is a condition and ball control exercise created by soccerexercises and is intended to test and improve the condition and ball control of soccer players.
